  • How are your prints produced?
    All of my prints are printed by my provider, Miller's Professional Imaging. The inks, papers, canvases, metalic aluminum sheets, and substrates used by my provider are acid free and of the highest archival quality. Once you submit your order to me, I place the order with Miller's according to your specifications.
  • Can I cancel or return my order and receive a refund?
    No. This is a "print on demand" service and, once your order has been submitted to my print provider, returns or cancellations are not possible. Please understand that all sales are final. I don't maintain an inventory and can't "reshelve" or "resell" a returned order. Once I submit your order to my print provider, I incur costs which cannot be recovered if you cancel. Carefully review your order before submitting it to make sure you have the order exactly as you want it. If you are unsure or have questions, feel free to contact me before you place your order at david@loft58photography.com. I'm here to help in any way I can.
  • What if my order is damaged by the shipper?
    Your order will be replaced. If the packaging is obviously damaged when your order arrives, please take a picture of the package before you open it. If, after opening the package, you discover that your order has been damaged as a result of the damage to the packaging, then take a picture of your damaged item. Email the pictures to me at david@loft58photography.com. I'll forward your pictures to Miller's and they will replace your order at no charge. Pictures from your phone for this purpose are fine. Slight imperfections in the printing substrate, such as aluminum metal, are normal and not regarded as "damaged or defective". Such imperfections are part of the character of the artwork.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Once you place your order, it takes 1 day to process and submit your order to Miller's Professional Imaging. Once received by Miller's, production of your order takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the size and type of your print. After production, shipping takes about 3-5 days. I suggest allowing 7-10 days to receive your order. You will receive email notices to update you on your order's progress.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No. Presently, we only ship within the United States due to the high cost of shipping larger items internationally. International shipping may be offered in the future.
